The following terms and conditions apply to all orders which are processed by Darling & Wood Limited either online or by any other form of communication and form part of the contract between us. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference if you wish. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All prices include VAT. No contract is created until we have accepted your order. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed at this updated price. We will only process any such order with your explicit authority.

From 1 July 2007, the UK’s Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations will allow members of the public to deposit old electrical and electronic items at recycling sites across the UK, free of charge.
Electrical and Electronic Equipment waste is, increasing by at least 5% each year. The public dispose of over 1.2 million tonnes of waste every year in the UK, and landfill sites are now approaching full capacity. Much of this waste can be recycled, to make new consumer goods. The WEEE regulations aim to reduce the quantity of electrical and electronic items disposed of in this way, and will encourage everyone to play a part in protecting the environment for future generations.

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment by cheque and postal order.
All rental applications are subject to status & a credit checking process using Equifax Plc.
All products are supplied guaranteed for a minimum period of one year following the date of delivery.
In the unlikely event of a complaint, please contact us immediately by your preferred method, and you can be assured of a swift & courteous response
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery and return the goods supplied to us for a full refund, providing they are in the original condition with all supplied accessories.
